Our ENcell hydrophilic polyurethane foam is designed specifically for the smooth, uniform and consistent application of all types of skin-care products or cosmetics. The product can be rinsed for re-use or sold as a disposable.
Significant publicity has raised consumer awareness and concern about allergic reactions to products containing latex rubber. ENcell cosmetic foam does not contain any latex material.
Continuous Flow Production:
Our manufacturing uses a continuous flow production process. The foam is poured and formed to the specified thickness from .125” to 1”. Full rolls are packed and sealed for cleanliness and protection. The technology is highly efficient and yields skinless foam that doesn’t require further sizing… it is ready ship or for die-cutting to customer specification.
Vitamin E coating for Cosmetic Foam:
Our manufacturing process adds a layer of Vitamin E to the finished product. This patent pending process allows us to change the depth of the Vitamin E coating from a simple surface layer to complete foam saturation. The newly formed Vitamin E Cosmetic Foam will still maintain the soft and supple feel of all our foams. By performing the process after manufacture, it allows us to add Vitamin E to any of our standard weights and thicknesses, which gives our process extreme flexibility and versatility.
