ENcell® is a Non-Latex hydrophilic polyurethane foam that delivers a smooth, uniform and consistent application of all types of cosmetics. When applying liquid foundation or other liquid products, it is not necessary for ENcell® to be dampened prior to use as with other types of applicator material.

• ENcell® is odorless when compared to different foams.
• ENcell ® is compatible with fragrances, soaps, toners & lotions.
• ENcell® is velvety and soft to the touch.
• It is a very white, firm & durable open pore foam.
• It does not have a “rubbery” or course texture as with other foams.
• Does not flake, crumble or shed fibers (lint) like other foams or materials.
• Can be tinted in a wide variety of colors
